About the Role
主要职责：
理解公司品牌战略，监督鲲鹏项目经销商合作伙伴的区域推广策略实施进展，并通过数据分析洞察区域市场机会；
高效且合规的执行中央市场活动，并搭建区域性学术平台；
熟练掌握疾病/产品及合规知识，组织区域培训，并培养学习文化氛围；
促进团队协作，整合跨部门资源，整合商业平台资源，影响他人
基本要求：
大学本科及以上学历
良好的英语听说读写能力
3年以上制药行业相关经验，1年以上管理经验
出色的的团队管理/领导能力。合规意识强
