As a BR Postbaccalaureate Intern, you will be responsible for conducting an independent research project under the mentorship of a Novartis research scientist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend on-boarding and training sessions
- Plan, design and execute an independent research project as agreed upon by your Novartis scientist mentor(s)
- Attend Postbaccalaureate Intern professional development sessions
- Attend graduate school classes and/or seminars determined necessary to position you for a top tier graduate/professional training program
- Present your research project at a program poster session or conference
- Adhere to all Novartis policies
Essential Requirements:
- Have graduated from a US academic institution within 1 year of application
- Have a GPA of at least 3.3 on a 4.0 scale
- Have a strong desire to pursue a graduate-level degree
- Are authorized to work in the US for any employer
Term:
- 2 years
The pay rate for this position is expected to be $23.00 per hour. The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors.
Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.
