Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to analyze demand and propose scalable digital solutions
- Lead delivery of IT projects, ensuring timely, secure, and compliant execution
- Manage operations of global and local systems to maintain stability and performance
- Drive adoption of Agile productization and DevOps practices across teams
- Monitor service quality and ensure alignment with business impact KPIs
- Oversee risk management and ensure audit readiness of applications
- Collaborate cross-functionally to launch innovative technologies at scale
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in IT project delivery and operations within a complex business environment
- Strong ability to build trust-based relationships with regional and senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated expertise in project and service delivery management
- Solid understanding of risk management, planning, and performance tracking
- Proficiency in managing budgets and aligning solutions with business goals
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Desirable: Preferred experience operating in a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or similarly highly regulated environment.
