Key Responsibilities
• Deliver secure, scalable technology solutions that support business systems and digital platforms.
• Ensure timely, budget-conscious, and compliant execution of technology initiatives.
• Collaborate with strategic partners to maximize business value through joint delivery.
• Design enterprise-grade solutions with a focus on reusability, scalability, and user experience.
• Drive engineering excellence through automation, code quality, and DevSecOps practices.
• Monitor platform performance and ensure operational stability and availability
• Stay ahead of industry trends to enhance agility, speed, and innovation.
Essential Requirements
• Proven experience in a business or industry technology environment.
• Strong background in managing cross-country or multinational projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver in Agile project environments.
• Skilled in building partnerships with business stakeholders and external partners.
• Experience in IT service delivery and performance optimization.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Desirable Requirements
• Experience with DevSecOps practices and automation tools.
• Familiarity with user-centered design principles and solution scalability.
