About the Role
Key responsibilities:
- Architect and deliver end-to-end platforms across research, clinical, manufacturing, and supply chain.
- Elevate reliability, performance, and data integrity; lead technical initiatives to de-risk projects and drive outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into compliant, scalable solutions.
- Own assigned systems/applications: implement, operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and train for high availability.
- Design, implement, and maintain automation systems for projects and site operations.
- Plan and execute maintenance and calibration activities, including spare parts management.
- Organize and supervise production to meet plan in line with laws, internal regulations, and Good Practices; support project controlling and contract management.
Essential Requirements:
- University Degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Automation, Project Management or equivalent
- Languages: advanced English and Romanian
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following domains: project management, mechanical design, computerized systems, automation, electronics, or pharmaceutical manufacturing (preferably within GMP/GxP-regulated environments).
