About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Execute maintenance activities in GMP and non-GMP areas, coordinating with vendors as needed
- Perform corrective maintenance, including troubleshooting and first-line failure remediation
- Carry out preventive maintenance and support planning/preparation for scheduled shutdowns
- Complete inspection maintenance by executing defined protocols
- Perform calibration activities to schedule, with accurate documentation
- Partner with Manufacturing and Quality to align priorities and resolve technical issues effectively
- Manage and administer production-equipment spare parts in alignment with the Maintenance/Reliability Engineer
- Drive continuous improvement and support validation by contributing to equipment/process updates, preparing interventions, maintaining technical documentation, and training operators as required
Essential Requirements
- MBO/HBO degree with 4-6 working experience and with proven track record within maintenance and facility engineering.
- Preferably 3+ years of working experience within (pharmaceutical) GMP and/or isotope manufacturing.
- Fluent in English.
- Hands-on experience with preventive and corrective maintenance in a production environment.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and calibration protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency in documentation and adherence to safety standards.
