About the Role

Major accountabilities:
  • strategies for the Translational Medicine component of drug development projects focusing specifically on the critical PoC phase.
  • Typically leads a research group/research project/acts as a cross-functional team member.
  • Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt -Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable)
Key performance indicators:
  • Team performance and delivery of studies according to the defined timelines -Accountability for the content, quality and delivery
