About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Own and maintain a single trusted view of business‑critical data across internal and external sources
Define local data processing rules, quality controls, and stewardship standards to improve reliability and trust
Partner with digital and information technology teams to deploy robust pipelines and resolve data incidents quickly
Align local practices with global data governance, privacy, and compliance requirements in regulated environments
Enable cross‑functional reporting for commercial, medical, and value teams through reliable, well‑documented datasets
Embed security, observability, and reliability practices using a DevOps mindset to strengthen availability and performance
Prioritize critical datasets for business continuity and accelerate onboarding of new data sources
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, data and analytics, digital, information technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in data management, analytics engineering, or data governance within regulated environments
- Strong knowledge of data quality management, governance frameworks, and compliance requirements
- Experience working with data privacy standards and separation of medical and commercial data
- Ability to translate business needs into clear data rules and quality controls
- Strong stakeholder management skills, partnering effectively with digital, analytics, and cross‑functional teams
Desirable Requirements
- Experience working with cloud‑based data platforms and modern data infrastructure environments
