About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, deployment, and monitoring of Generative Artificial Intelligence and agentic solutions.
- Translate complex biomedical and business challenges into scalable data science and artificial intelligence strategies.
- Drive innovation by applying advanced analytics, machine learning, and enterprise data management practices.
- Partner with scientific, technical, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable impact and strategic outcomes.
- Establish robust data lifecycle practices to ensure trusted, accessible, and high-quality enterprise data.
- Guide cross-functional teams in solving critical business problems through data-driven decision making.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies to advance analytical capabilities.
- Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to senior leaders and non-technical audiences.
- Build organizational capabilities through mentoring, coaching, knowledge sharing, and best-practice development.
- Contribute to external scientific communities through research, publications, and industry collaborations.
Essential Requirements
- 8+ Years expertise in designing, deploying, evaluating, and scaling Generative Artificial Intelligence and agentic systems.
- Strong programming and software engineering experience using Python, application programming interfaces, and cloud platforms.
- Experience building production-grade solutions with testing, continuous integration, deployment, observability, and security practices.
- Demonstrated ability to apply machine learning, advanced analytics, and data science to complex business challenges.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate scientific needs into practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities, influencing decisions across technical and non-technical audiences.
