###  About the Role 

- 在预算内根据中央市场策略制定区域市场策略和区域推广活动
- 执行、监测区域策略和活动，确保卓越执行并与诺华战略和客户需求保持一致
- 管理并提升区域专家对产品的观念
- 通过与客户互动来获得对区域市场的洞察力并找出机遇
- 为负责的品牌执行市场研究计划和市场洞察计划，同时监测/预测市场发展
- 监测和控制品牌预算、预期支出和费用进度，并评估方案成本效益和结果。

基本要求：

- 需符合备案管理规定的专业与本科学历，以及从业资格要求
- 优秀的项目管理和执行力
- 强的沟通协调及跨团队合作能力。
- 1年以上医疗行业区域市场或地区经理相关经验
- 肿瘤领域经验优先，前列腺癌相关经验优先。
