Major Accountabilities  
  
~ ノバルティス品質管理システム内で適用可能な標準操作手順(SSP)、GxP準拠のドキュメントおよび記録を保持します。   
~ すべての品質システムの記録とデータの整合性を確保し、その他の機能や部門とのチームの連携を適用します。   
~ 十分なレベルの教育、GxPの知識を保証します。   
~ 電子システムの関連情報(例:変更管理、ドキュメント、トレーニング)を更新し、維持します。   
~ 例えば、CAPA、アクション、メトリック、品質計画)のフォローアップと監視)。   
~ 品質監査および保健局の検査をサポートします。   
~ 受領後24時間以内にノバルティス製品に関連する技術的苦情/有害事象/特殊事例の報告   
~ マーケティングサンプルの配布(該当する場合)  
  
Key Performance Indicators  
  
~品質部門のすべてのGxP活動をサポートします。  
文書化、メトリック、アクションの監視を含む、品質システム/プロセスを管理します。  
~品質の運用プロセスの確立をサポートします。  
ノバルティスの品質基準に従って、GxPコンプライアンス/運用活動を定期的に実施します。品質プロジェクトとイニシアチブをサポートします。
