About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape brand strategy and tactical plans to accelerate growth, guided by insights and performance data.
  • Develop integrated brand and launch team content; align cross-functional stakeholders around priorities and messages.
  • Plan and deliver promotional activities in line with code of conduct and standard operating procedures.
  • Own budget, forecasts and expenses; optimize marketing mix to improve cost effectiveness and results.
  • Partner with Marketing and Medical to engage centers and key opinion leaders, uncovering market opportunities.
  • Track product performance and external environment; propose corrective actions to meet business objectives.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, administration or related fields.
  • Pharmaceutical experience is a must.
  • Experience in similar or related positions 3-5 years.
  • Previous experience in marketing at least 2 years
  • Advanced English and Spanish is a must.
